Why food quality is more important than just paying for calories
Calories only indicate how much energy a food provides – not how nutritious it is. - lots of vegetables & fruit in different colors
- High-quality fats (olive oil, nuts, oily fish)
- Herbs & spices such as turmeric, ginger
- little highly processed food, sugar and trans fats
