Is a medical consultation a prerequisite for the coach-only program?
The coach-only program may be recommended as a suitable therapeutic option following a medical consultation which is a requirement for most insurance company to cover the coaching sessions (partially).
A consultation with a doctor is therefore advisable if you intend to apply for a cost subsidy from your health insurance for the coaching sessions—specifically for nutritional therapy counseling. If a medical indication is present, we will gladly issue you a certificate recommending structured nutritional therapy.

What result can I expect?
During the first session, a detailed nutritional assessment will be conducted. Together with your coach, you will set realistic and personalized goals for your weight loss and overall well-being. Factors such as motivation, eating habits, and daily routines are also taken into consideration.
Various scientifically validated models provide practical guidance in developing a balanced meal plan.
Additionally, we will work with you to develop strategies tailored to your individual challenges—whether it’s lack of time, social obstacles, or food cravings. Incorporating exercise sensibly into your daily routine is also a key focus.
It is impossible to predict exactly how much weight you will lose, as progress depends on many factors. However, you will receive close monitoring to create the best possible conditions for long-term success!
What does the coach-only program cost?
Prices Coach-only program:
1 month (2 sessions): 120 €
3 months (4 sessions): 235 €
5 months (6 sessions): 345 €
