In addition to medications specifically approved for weight management, other medications and active ingredients are frequently asked about in the context of medical weight loss. Ozempic for type 2 diabetes may only be considered when there is an appropriate medical indication. Rybelsus, Mysimba, retatrutide, and orforglipron are not currently regular parts of our treatment programs.

Ozempic contains the active ingredient semaglutide and is approved for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes. Whether treatment may be medically appropriate is assessed individually by a physician.

In Person or Online Across Germany
You can start your medication program in person at one of our locations or anywhere in Germany via video consultation, with ongoing physician-led care.
With online treatment, you still receive personal medical care from a physician. If medically appropriate, your prescribed medication can be delivered directly to your home.

What Is Included in the Program Price?
The respective program price includes prescribed medication, physician-led care and follow-up appointments, nutrition counseling and therapy, patient support, access to the online fitness platform, and medication delivery.
Do I Pay the Program Price Monthly?
No. The amounts shown are average monthly prices provided to make the different program lengths easier to compare. For multi-month programs, the total price for the selected program term is due at the time of booking. The prices shown do not represent monthly installment payments.
Why Do Prices Vary?
The average monthly program price depends on the medication, required dosage, and selected program length. Prices for medications such as Wegovy or Mounjaro may therefore vary depending on the dosage and program term.
Can I Choose the Medication and Dosage Myself?
No. Which medication may be medically appropriate and which dosage is suitable are determined exclusively by a physician after reviewing your medical history. Price is not a factor in the medical treatment decision.
Does Health Insurance Cover the Cost?
In Germany, statutory health insurance generally does not cover medications when they are used for weight reduction. Coverage may be assessed differently when a medication is used for another approved medical indication. With private health insurance, possible reimbursement depends on the individual policy.

Is Medication Delivery Included in the Price?
Yes. Delivery of the medication prescribed by your physician is already included in the respective medication program. You do not need to book an additional required service for medication delivery.
Can I Extend My Program Later?
Yes. If continuing treatment is medically appropriate, the program can be extended. The appropriate program length and dosage for the next stage of treatment are determined as part of your ongoing physician-led care.
