The Process in Three Steps

1. Start: Intake Session

15 minutes - by phone or video

The Introduction: an intake session with our medical assistant. In this call:

  • We answer all your questions about our weight loss programs
  • We discuss the next steps
  • We schedule a doctor’s appointment upon request

2. Medical Consultation

30 minutes – via video or in-person at the practice

Through a video consultation (nationwide in Germany) or on-site (at our practice in Berlin), the doctor will assess which therapy option is suitable for you. During this consultation:

  • Your medical history will be reviewed
  • Therapy options, including a risk-benefit assessment, will be discussed
  • A prescription will be issued if medically indicated

3. Start of the Program

Comprehensive support

After starting the weight loss program, you will receive:

  • Medication within 3–5 days (optional, in case of medication-based therapy)
  • Personal coaching and customized weight loss plans
  • Medical support throughout the entire program
  • Access to the online fitness platform
