Nadine Meier is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics as well as a trained depth-psychological psychotherapist. With her many years of experience in women’s health and her holistic view of the body and mind, she supports patients on their path to sustainable weight loss and improved well-being.

Professional Expertise with a Psychotherapeutic Perspective

After training as a health and nursing professional, Nadine Meier completed her medical studies at the University of Leipzig. This was followed by more than 17 years of clinical work at various institutions with a perinatal focus, including at St. Elisabeth Hospital in Leipzig and at the Sana Clinics Leipziger Land. There, she gained extensive experience in the individual care of female patients across the entire gynecological spectrum, particularly in obstetrics, from prenatal diagnostic procedures to human genetic counseling.

In addition to her work as a specialist, she began training in depth-psychologically based psychotherapy in 2019, expanding her medical expertise with a deep understanding of psychological factors, such as lifestyle changes and weight management.

In her work, Nadine Meier combines medical precision with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach. She accompanies her patients with a holistic perspective to achieve sustainable success. Her areas of focus include:

Since 2025, she has been advising patients at The Body Clinic as a cooperation doctor, focusing on medical weight loss with a special emphasis on women-specific and psychosomatic aspects. She is fluent in both German and English and has basic knowledge of sign language.
