Customer Care Employee (m/f/d)

The Body Clinic has been a leading network of private clinics for aesthetic treatments and modern, medically-based health programs for 15 years – rooted in the Netherlands and active in Germany since 2025. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative (m/f/d) on a part-time basis – remote or based in Berlin. Are you our new team member?

Your Responsibilities

You are the first point of contact for our patients – professional, clear, and warm. You respond to inquiries, explain our treatment concept, and support both booking and renewal processes. You collaborate closely with doctors and our office team – making a valuable contribution to patient satisfaction and the improvement of our processes.

● Customer Care & Communication:

• Responding to inquiries via email or phone
• Forwarding medical questions to responsible doctors and following up with patients

● Program Guidance & Appointment Management:

• Independently conducting preliminary consultations with prospects via Google Meet or by phone
• Providing competent advice on The Body Clinic concept and assisting with booking our programs
• Scheduling medical consultations

● Renewal Management:

• Proactively reaching out to patients regarding renewals
• Structured follow-up on feedback

● Administrative Support:

• Maintaining our digital systems, e.g., Doctolib
• Registering new patients and managing the practice management system

● Quality Management & Teamwork:

• Optimizing internal processes
• Embodying team spirit & supporting one another – we work together, not alone 🙂 !

What You Bring:

• Professional experience in customer service or sales (e.g., Customer Success, Customer Care, After Sales, Flight Attendant, Receptionist, etc.)
• Empathy, patient orientation, and enjoyment in interacting with people
• High reliability, initiative, and excellent self-organization
• Native-level German and very good English skills
